Every business needs to focus on different issues depending on the phase it is in. Two years ago we made a small jump from three people to now seven people. It is a modest growth in terms of people but it has been important for us considering where we come from.

Reduce the business structure
I have already touched on this topic recently. I think we can easily save 10-20k each year by reducing and concentrating the number of companies phone number library we have. It is something that a former Coguan investor told me. He gave me one of the most important tasks that I had to put all this in order. At the time he told me this I did not take it seriously. Now I have finally understood that he is right and that I have to act.
Pay well for knowledge and services
We need to have more flexibility to receive the services we need at the time we need them. Right now there are still tasks piling up and they are not social media to promote your offers getting done because we want to focus too much on a few people. We also need to focus on having a freelance network that will put us in a position to be able to release products faster and better.
Reduce brands
We have already overcome the experimentation phase. Now is the time to focus on what is working and pursue growth from there. We are at a point uk data where funding is important and we have it. But we also have to think about reducing it and to do so we have to reach certain figures.
Reduce external funding
Which brings me to this point. We have to reduce our dependence on external money. To do this we have to maintain and generate more profit that allows us to invest with our own funds. In less than 5 years I want to not have to depend on banks anymore. We still have some way to go.
